You guys are on a section making spree. lol I must have come right when you made it because when I first saw it the section was empty. Its always nice to have sections for a specific purpose. It'll make it easier to find what you're looking for now. Good job.

Also could you make a home gym/equipment section because I know it would be useful to me and maybe others. Just a thought.

Were is the we hate muscletech section?

You dont see it? Its right beside the "throw your money away at GNC" section....

All the articles I read tell the recommended supps and dosages, they dont specify if these are in conjunction with protein shakes that contain added aminos. I take ON gold standard whey, which contains plenty of aminos that are recommended for body building. Are the recommended dosages a total of daily intake with the shakes or in addition to the shakes?
