It's good stuff, but it's pretty expensive.

it tastes like crap though. I dont think its worth it imo. Even post workout the taste is horrid

I used it when I first started lifting and thought the taste was fine. I probably would have kept on useing it but like someone else stated, it is rather expensive. So I switched to CN whey, which is cheaper and you get more.

Very good protein. But it tastes horrible. The only flavour that has good taste is apple melon.
