So how do you handle your off season diet and weight? Me, I have trouble maintaining a decent weight when in the off season. Any advice?

I have the same concern! I think we're all really good at being on some kind of "program" - cutting or bulking, following *something*. In a month, I'm going to be done with competitions until the fall, and will have some time to focus on putting on size and boosting my metabolism. The plan: strike a balance, and monitor my weight. Monday through Friday, I'm at work, and it's "easier" to follow something "set" - I don't want to have to be searching for food, I'm going to be training after work, and want to feel good! So, M-F will be "on", and weekends I'll give myself to go out to eat, or have meals that I wouldn't normally have during the week. If my weight starts to creep up a bit too much, or if I just feel crummy and don't like the way I'm looking - I'll tighten up the weekends a bit...learning that life (and bodybuilding!) is all about a balancing act!
