Hi,
did anyone try the Champion Nutrition Amino Acid Shooter ?
Currently I am not using any BCAA supplement as I only bought CN Whey Proteins (that contains BCAA I think).
Am I missing a lot in my nutrition by not taking BCAA ?
If yes, do you think the Amino Acid Shooter is a great buy ?
Thanks a lot!

The Amino Acid Shooter is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I urge you to really supplement it into your routine. It provides so many great benefits with some of my personal favorites ... Anti-Catabolism effects, enhanced muscle growth, also helps in decreasing Fatique.....etc. So look it up and read all the Great Benefits of this Supplement. Again I highly recommend it. Also on top of all the great benefits of the Amino Acid Shooter.....IT TASTES GREAT!!!

In the product description for the AAS, it says that you guys reccomend mixing one scoop with 8oz. water. But the serving size on the container says 3 scoops.
Which one is how much you should be taking?

Another great thing about it: caloric efficiency - you get the benefits of muscle building aminos without the full amount of calories that you'd get with meat or other proteins, because it's just essential aminos, not non-essential. So on a bulk that can mean less fat gain and on a cut, less muscle loss!

It just depends on what you can afford. 3 scoops before your hardest workout would be a good idea. But you also should have it before your other workouts, and in-between meals is also a great idea. The main point was, just 1 scoop will help a lot!
just ordered it along with the CN cookies n cream and i am excited!
