I fractured my collarbone snowboarding around January. I've been letting it heal for about two months, and I recently started playing basketball. I started working out again this week. The problem is I don't think my collarbone is healed enough or will be healed enough to lift hard again. I thought my collarbone should be fully healed by now, but it hasn't.

Today, I tried using the flat bench. I could do 115lbs ten times, but my collarbone would hurt when the bar was around my chest area. I tried doing 145lbs, and I could rep it once or twice. But again, once it got down to my chest area, it hurt. Before my injury, I used 145lbs as my warmup set. I got a lot weaker and my muscular endurance is horrible. This is very dissappointing because my collarbone isn't healed yet, plus I got so much weaker. It sucks knowing that you were so much stronger and bigger just a few months ago. Does anyone have any advice or went through the same thing?

I know all about it. I play collegiate baseball and i've been struggling with shoulder and elbow problems all four years, and it tends to interfere often with lifting. I feel silly giving advice but at least I can tell you what NOT to do, and that's rush anything. I don't know the specifics of your injury but you might just have to start from scratch.. doing Jobe exercises and such with 2-5lb weights, building yourself up.
I assume you went through rehab? and if you did don't neglect what they have taught you, just because you don't go anymore.
it takes time, just be patient and good luck.
