are they ok to eat on a cut?

I heard someone say something about them converting to sugar quicker then other green veggies

i thrown them in now and then as a break from spinach. It is true they arent really ruffage, and they do break down worse. But they havent realy hurt my cut. I would say limit it to two servings a week. thats my 2cents.
