Dreams of Heaven, God and Jesus

Has anyone ever had a dream of Jesus or God or going to Heaven?

Yeah-It was crazy.

So, I've mentioned how I faint a lot around needles and the such. haha...WELL, one time, I fainted in the waiting room of a hospital, after getting like 5 shots and I REMEMBER what I saw when I fainted. It was the weirdes thing ever.

I remember walking to the counter, feeling light-headed and clammy and then I'm gone. The next thing I know, I'm sitting on a cloud looking at a sunset. And Jesus is sitting next to me. I don't remember He or I saying anything, I just remember us sitting there. A few times I would look over, he would look back and I just got a feeling of peace.

I woke up under a chair.

Whew. It wasn't just me then. I have sleep apnea really bad and I think I came close to not resuming my regular respirations that I have grown so fond of.
It was several years ago, and I had a dream that I was walking towards this beam of light that was way off in the distance. I got closer to it, and could see people going up that beam, as if it were an escalator. The entire area seemed like it turned to gold all of a sudden and down this golden beam came Jesus. He walked over to me and asked me if I was ready, and I told him not yet, I didn't think my job was done yet. So he said okay and I watched him go back up that beam and about half way, I woke up.
I felt scared and then at peace all at the same time. I've only told my wife that story. I thought people would think I was nuts.

I had a dream where I saw a sceen out of the bible. Christ was Speaking to Nicademus. It was Crazy! It was just like in the bible. One funny thing was i couldnt see thier faces. There was this weird haze right around thier faces. But the voice was unmistackable. and everyting was word for word.

I can understand why i wouldnt need to see Jesus's face. I could see his robes though. That was definatly the most profound dream ive ever had. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I know i didnt actually see the events with my own earthly eyeballs but it was so awsome to see it with my heart. Not that i needed it to belive in him. The dreams purpose was for somthing completly differnt. But in retrospect it is really wonderful that i at least got to see it like i was standing 2 or 3 feet away from Jesus. That was just awsome!

Another strange thing is. I never remember my dreams but i remember this one completly.

You know War - I did not see his face in my dreams either. I just saw his shimmering robes, and could tell that he had long wavy hair, but his face was blurry.

You know for a minute i thought he had long hair. But after thinking about it i cant be sure cause the Blurryness was kind of big.

Exactly.

That is why I believe he shows himself in ways to us that we CAN relate to.
