I say buy champion nutrition protein and add oat meal for carbs, throw some peanut butter in there. You have a weight gainer my friend. dont take it post workout though.

what are u looking to do? throw some dirty calories in the day just to add some weight? If u can it is much better to go with a good lean source of meat and complex carbohydrates. If u claim to be a hardgainer let us check out ur diet before u move to supplementation that might be unbeneficial in your case.

im jus starting out and a friend said get a high carb and high protien suplemendt to help along the way

i think he ment after i work out but i also need to gain weight because i am only 9stone 5 i think that equalls 131 pounds (my weight goes up and down every week by about 3 or 4 pounds) and jus over 6 ft high so im far too think i can eat alot and not gain wieght though so i might hav to end up taking a weight gaining product
