hello can someone tell me if this is a good diet for exercises that involves mostly leg work like dashing from one area to another and fast pace.

breakfast oatmeal about 40g, flax seed oil, multivitamins.

lunch spinache i dont know how much grams with one grilled chicken breast

exercise for 30min to 45 min..

post workout meal hasnt been planned for yet.. prolly just a
protein shake and spinache and vitamins.

dinner spinache and flax seed oil ,and chicken breast.

last meal will be just cottage cheese, flax seed oil, and safflower oil 1 tbsp.

if i am wrong please correct me.

Are you also lifting all other body parts once a week? If not and you're just doing sprint training your diet looks okay

Sprints primarily uses an energy system in your body called glycolysis, which uses glucose and glycogen. Therefore, if you want to optimize performance, you will need to consume a lot more carbs. Especially post exercise. If you get a hard-core workout, I would even have a post workout shake as prescribed in the window of opportunity, which can be found in the nutrition section.
