Apocrypha is extra biblical books that the Roman Catholic Church consider to be part of the Bible.

The Jewish Bible, the Tanakh; and the Christian Evangelical communities and the Protestant churches do not recognize them as being part of the Inspired Word of God (Canon).

The Gnostic Gospels are also books found I believe in Alexandria and they purpot to be the Gospels that Thomas and other wrote. I studied theology and I do not believe to be inspired Word of God (Non Canonical).

The Deutero Canonical books are extra materials not found in the Hebrew originals but in Greek. They are not found in the Jewish Tanakh and the Protestant and Evangelical Christians but in Catholic Bibles.

The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in Qumran caves just before the birth of the Nation of Israel by Bedouin shepherds looking for lost sheeps. The Dead Sea scrolls were significant in that they found a trove of documents written in Hebrew and found most of the books of the Bible including a complete Book of Isaiah that settled many of the scholars questions regarding the book. I believe the Book of Esther was the only book NOT found in the Qumram caves. the Book of Esther is also the only Bible book that God is not mentioned directly.

What the Dead Sea Scroll also did was change the perception that the Christian scholars had that the Hebrew was a dead language in Jesus' day and it was only used in the Temple and that Aramaic was used in everyday language instead. The Dead Sea Scrolls showed receipts, secular documents IN HEBREW. I am not sure why the scholars insisted for a long time that the Aramaic was the language in Jesus' day instead of Hebrew.

The Deutero Canonical books are addition to present book of the Bible that was not found in Hebrew Bible but in the Greek Bible. It is not found in the Jewish Tanakh or the Protestant/ Evangelical Christian Bibles but in Catholic Bibles.
