Furthermore, in ABC's bi-monthly research journal, the authors of the journal have strived to show members how bodybuilding principles can readily apply to their faith life.
This forum is open to all, to discuss all things God related. Including prayer requests, praise reports, biblical discussion and biblical question and answers.
Members have continuously told us how the Christian values this site is founded upon have impacted their lives in a powerful way and that they love this site because of the combination of spiritual and physical growth they have acquired.
At ABC each of us is here to serve each other.
