Hi guys I have tired numerous creatine sups and they all seem to do the same thing to me. They cause constapation
have you ever heard of this before ? and what can I do to stop this I tried doubling even tripleing my water intake but that makes no difference I want to use the sups but I guess I might have to avoid them is there anything else that works just as well as creatine that won't do this

Also,do you lift regulary.......that cause problems with it and also not enough fiber in your diet,if you are doing that just keep on taking ALot of fluids, stay away from coffe,soda,alcohol...and stick with water.

How much water are you drinking?
Before you answer; do you record the amount of water that you drink in a day?

Why do you try to stay away from Creatine Monohydrate, and have you changed your diet at all since taking these supplements?

Bloating does not occur, and creatine monohydrate is not just the most studied form of creatine, but also one of the most studies supplements in the market.

Agreed. You can't go wrong with monohydrate. It'd be interesting to see how these other forms of creatine rank as more studies are done on them. As of now though, monohydrate is known to be safe and effective - so why even bother trying something that could be otherwise?
