Hello I am in no way new to these forums. I have lurked for a little over a year. I am 6' 170 with a 10-12%bf. My goals are to get bigger but retain my atheleticism. My questions are: What would be the best routine to accomplish this? I currently do compound lifts and incorporate isolation lifts to target certain weaknesses (chest). I am bulking right now. I will try to get pictures up as soon as possible. Any suggestions on the workout or cardio?

Typically the best way to maintain the activities you are presently good at, would be to continue participating in them while you lift weights.
What other sports do you play?
