Hi everyone, I've been training for about 2 years now but I'm only getting serious at bodybuilding since may 05.
Right now I'm standing at 6'0'' and 230 pounds looking to gain 10 more quality pound from here to january and then will start my cutting phase (i hate that /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif )
I came across this website and I think it is very well done. Looking forward to learning/sharing bb knowledge!
