whey mix

The Cliffhanger series recommends taking some whey before each meal. Q. Can a solution of whey be made in the morning and use throughout the day for this purpose or would it degrade during the day and not be effective? Thanks

mix each shake when you need it, not in advance. throughout the course of the day the protein mixture would become degraded.

I work a lot and found it was hard to get my shakes in during the day. So I bought one of those shaker cups - think it was a few quid - then stuck my protein mix in it without water, when I was ready to mix it I just went to the tap! Fortunately it tasted good with water :P
