Hi guys. Im teji, i've been lifting weights for 8 months now. im 18 years old. im fat and i need help getting rid of my man boobs. Ive lost a lot of weight since i started lifting weights but i cant figure out how to get rid of my man boobs. Btw, i dont do cardio that much. Can anyone help me with chest exercises that will help me get rid of my man boobs? Thanks.

There is also something called fascia stretching, very important, use that when training chest and your chest will grow like never before.

you gotta seriously up the cardio to shed alot of the unwanted fats. we all hate cardio. but its just one of those things you have to do. ur in the right place though to get what you need for success.welcome

*tip on the search, you gotta set that thing to search more than the past week, usually I do like 6 months or so to guarantee i'll find something since alot of posts are repetitive.*
