I have spent the entire 49 years of my life completely sedentary. Not only can i see the toll taken on my body but, worse, i can feel the depletion of energy. To me, getting into shape is not an option I choose for optimum health or looking good... it is survival, pure and simple. I signed up today and I am trying to make enough sense of things to know where to begin in exercise and nutrition. There is a lot of high-quality information here and I am very impressed with the site and its members. If anyone has any suggestions on starting out I would love to hear them because I know absolutely nothing about the subject. It is all a learning/research situation from here on out. I hope one day to make useful contributions to these posts.
