Hey I've got a report due and I'm heading to the library sunday to find some books on what protein is and what it does for you as well as BCAA's. I would use articles posted on this site but my teacher wants 4 sources from something other than the internet. I was wondering if you guys could give me some good books about these topics if you know of any so I can keep an eye out for them. Thanks guys.

If this should go in the discussion forum or something, I'm sorry about that. I wasn't sure where to post this.

Use the references from the articles done by the mods on here. There should be more than enough info. I havent looked at the references, but there may be a lot from pubmed, medline, etc, which is the best place for such info.

I just assumed that pubmed and medline were just online sources. I hate not being able to use the internet for this. I actually have to go to the library! lol Who goes to the library to study nowadays anyway? haha

pubmed references journals, many journals are in both online and written form. Furthermore online peer-reviewed journels are different then website sources of info.
