Introducing myself....just signed up today.

29 year old, 5'10"used to have my own personal training business, but not anymore, still keep up my certification, but with stressful job, was having a hard time keeping up with my goals....in a nutshell, lost sight of myself for the past year, and now have been working hard again the past 6 weeks.

/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gifI ADORE weights /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif. Hate cardio, but do it anyway, same ol' story, right! /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Anyway, hope to learn some new and exciting ways to tweak myself to the next level.

I WILL be the fabulous Susie I once was...also hoping that I can get some encouragment as well.

Thanks-I'm an open book. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I adore cardio and DIPS/CHINS. Hate weights. Well dumbells are okay. Cardio for me occurs as soon as I leave my front door. So it isn't like I have to prepare especially for it and go to a gym, park or track. As soon as I start walking to whatever destination I am heading for. I am performing Cardio. So it is not just benefitting me physically, it is serving me purposefully. And that is why I adore cardio. I love chins and dips. And they are awesome exercises. Master you own bodyweight for 3 sets of 10 and you are on your way.
