About two weeks ago, i started doing my shoulder workout. Immediately, i noticed that my right shoulder was performing signifcantly weaker than my left. When i moved on to side laters, it was the same story. Same for front laters, same for rear laterals. This weakness came completely out of nowhere, and to confound all things, i had no pain in that shoulder. A couple days later when i began my chest workout, i noticed the same weakness in the right side and was unable to lift with virtually any intensity or weight whatsoever. I have taken this last week off, but it does not appear to be healing. I have of late noticed some soreness along the neck and in the trapezius as well as an odd feeling deep the middle of my shoulder around the back of my collar bone. If anyone knows what i may have done to my shoulder/traps, please tell me. Thank you very much.

If you have no pain then lift harder on that side to increase the strength.
But listen to your body. If you start having pain while lifting backoff.

I do not think the problem is asymetrical strength per se because the relative weakness set on suddenly and unexpectedly. The strength in my shoulders had been balanced before then and the development of the muscles is symmetrical. I think that i injured my shoulder somehow, and i am wondering what kind of injury it could be. Thank you again.
