Ok so this one day I was benching 135 lbs and after my 3rd rep i heard a crack in the middle of my chest when the bar reached my chest. The bar didn't drop hard on my chest and 135 lbs is no biggy for me. A few minutes after that my chest started to hurt and I've been having difficulty breathing. When I lie down on my side when I sleep the pain is gone and so is my breathing problem but when I lie down on my back it's the complete opposite. Can anyone please help me? I'm just 16 years old and I don't want anything bad to happen to me this early in my life /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
