Hi All! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif
New to this site, but I am a personal trainer. While me personally am not bodybuilder, I just picked up several clients who want to get BIG! and maybe possibly compete.
So I'm hoping to learn something new.
Looking forward to meeting everyone here.
