Just introducing myself, I found some of Jacob's articles and really enjoyed them so thought I'd post an intro.
I'm 40 years old and have trained on and off since I was a teenage. I have a ton of old injuries but I still train as much and best as I can. My big interest is reading anything related to muscle physiology.
