My last week of the 24 Workout Blitz and I've injured something in my elbow. Don't know if its a tendon or the muscle itself. Have has some dicomfort in the elbow area for some time now but chocked it up to just tennis elbow. But after going heavy on bent-over rows, something snapped! Serious pain deep, and have no power to flex my bicep. It's also affecting something in the wrist. Can't do most pulling/curling movements, but can do behing the neck pulldowns. Strange, I know. Today is chest/tris/shoulders and I'll see how that goes. I've iced it several days, but don't know how to continue my workouts from here. End the blitz program now and only focus on the other body parts? Start a cut phase with lighter weight/more reps and start cardio? I feel screwed here after making such great progress with the blitz program!!! Anyone else had this problem? One problem is I'm 40 years old and trying to lift like a 20 year old!!!

You would feel pain then on the lateral side of your elbow. Pain could come from pushing near the bony end there or by extending your wrist against some resistance (pushing with your other hand while trying to extend the wrist).

this doens't sound like a tennis elbow to me. The fact that you're unable to flex your arm and that you felt something snap might mean that your biceptendon snapped. Are you unable to flex or is it just harder? Try flexing with a bit of resisitance. Where does it hurt?

Weird, lol. I can't explain that, maybe because of the fact that you weren't able to hold the bar anymore because of the snap the bar kinda fell and hurt your wrist in the process.

I would see a doctor here. Fact that you don't have any power to flex your arm might mean a biceptendon tear.

remember ,I'm not a doctor, fact that your worried and it's keeping you from working out would be reason enough to go see a doctor.
Hopefully i'm too late anyway and it's already beeing sort out. Just felt bad no-one answered this question.

See a doctor, assess the level of injury and the appropriate recovery protocol.
