In the 1st cycle workout for legs in the 24 workout mass blitz, the first exercise is squats supersetted with sissy squats. It says to do 3 sets of squats (12, 10, 8 reps) and superset with 10, 8, and 6 rep sets of 1.5 rep sissy squats. Does this mean that the sissy squats are a double drop set or that for the first set I do 12 squats and 10 sissy squats, then for the 2nd set I do 10 squats and 8 sissy squats, and so on?
