Hi my name is Amber. I am currently working out 6 days a week. 6 days of cardio, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday consist of an hour on my eliptical and Monday, Wednesday and Friday consist of 30 minutes of the eliptical and 30 minutes of weights at the gym. I am currently on the Weight Watchers Diet and I have lost about 7lbs in 3 weeks. It gets a bad wrap, but it has taught me about portion control and the importance of vegetables. I bought some whey to incorporate into my diet, but I am not sure how to use this and not bulk up. I currently weigh 155 and would like to weigh around 130. How do I accomplish this?
