Due to my weak knees Im unable to squat and have alot of problem when it comes to leg presses and leg raises. Knees joints begin to ache, pain that makes it feel like my knees about to blow up. Ive noticed guys using knee straps. Are these useful? If they are is there a specific way to wrap up the knee and also is there anything I can do to lessen the pain and improve knee strength. Have been taking anti-inflammation meds but this doesnt do the trick.

i had the same problem for a while with knee aches and pains. WATER WORKOUTS! this was one of the main ways i got my knees to recover and gain strength fast. on leg days, do light weights that wont hurt your knee to bad. once you feel it kinda starting to go. get in a pool, and just sit for a while. then slowly start working them out. simple kicks then hard laps with a kick board. after the workout, make sure to keep em as warm as possible until bed time, and stretch before and after you sleep.

You may consider seeing an orthopedist to see if the weight on your feet is evenly distributed. I had a lot of ankle trouble while running and custom insoles fixed the problem.

Water workouts sound interesting. Ive known people who've broken legs walk in pools to gain their strength after healing.
Much appreciated.
