Hello everybody. I was here before about a year ago under another name as Big-Guy but that was like i said a year ago.

I came to see how is things going and to learn everything else i can and this is the only place i know that i could learn very well from.

So far it seems real good here. Anyway's hope to learn more and deefinetly get the body i want.
