Lets say I am bulking (which I am) and I miss a meal. On the next meal I decide to make a calorie dense shake (or order a pizza) in order to make up for my calorie deficit. I am aware that it is ideal to spread your calories evenly throughout the day to minimize fat, but I would lose some of the nutrutive value of the excess macros, correct?

In other words, if I have 70 grams of protein in one meal versus 35 grams for my normal meal, my body will use what it can and turn the excess protein into fat, correct?
