Right now i am currently active in many other sports besides lifting. I was wondering how my lifting schedule should look if i was trying to work out while not lifting on game days. The sports i am active in at the moment are baseball and Football and my football coach wants me to get bigger for the upcoming season but i dotn want to lift b/c i dont want to be sore for baseball...How should i work this out?

A good start would be to post your current schedule, without weightlifting, so we can see where you might be able to fit lifting in, without it hindering your baseball training.

Bevo, nutrition will be your key in this journey. You will be able to keep yourself healthy and get bigger by incorporating proper diet and supplementation. Also, make sure you keep sleeping (a lot). Best of luck.
