For quite a while now Ive been getting dizzy, and headches around the temples and the back of my head.

They tend to come when I sit too long or am inactive, they go away when exercising or Im kept active. I also get very dizzy when I drink any water, so The docotr thought it maybe a sodium deficiency

I also suffer from extreme hunger and have very unstable bodyweight, I think due to water retention. BUt I also end up eating lots and lots at odd times

Exercise is the only thing that makes me feel good and I train as much as I can and sometimes twice a day, could I be over exercising although it makes me feel beter.

My blood sugar is fine accoirding to the readings, but now in my exams as I have to sit for hours on end the doctor has given me glucose tablets so I dont get dizzy but i still feel really dizzy. I feel worse if I take off days and dont exercise. I dont think its hypoglycemia as the doctors have tested for this and diabetes as well my blood generally.

The only thing that was odd was that I had concentrated urea.

Any ideas what I could have, some sort of mineral/hormaonal imbalance?

My diet is pretty much 50 per cent carbs, 35 protein and 15 fat

carbs coming from oats and fibrous veg, sweet potato, brown rice

and lean proteins- chicken tuna, cod, eggs, cottage cheese

I dont cheat but recently due to immense hunger I ahve been having honey with dry raw oats in large and chicken to keep going as I cant have water. Im eating ridiculous amount s to stop me from feeling faint and cant drink anything.

Please help if you have any info.

thanx

This has the earmarks of renal failure.

Have you had kidney function tests?

yeah slightly abnormal and kideny function.

It maybe as simple as losing too many electrolytes
