What's up. Tufnutz here from Southern California (no relation to Tuf). I have been lifting for 15 years. Only recently have I discovered the import of nutrition and its effect on my gains in the gym (especially post-workout nutrition).

I stumbled across this site looking for more information about insulin sensitivity. What I found was a virtual gold mine of information concerning all aspects of body building and nutrition. I have gone through about 3 reems of paper printing out all of the articles posted on this site. I cannot wait to put all my new-found knowledge to use.

Thank you to all those responsible for putting legitimate and non-biased information on this site. I look forward to being part of this community.

Later.
Tufnutz

Yeah- it's great to be here. I've been on a couple other BB forums. They are all inferior to the information posted on this Board. I like the no-nonsense flavor and immediate responses from the mods.

I've been trying to catch up on all the research and posts on this site. I have recently adopted the techniques described in the "Window of Opportunity" article and I am looking forward to some additional gains.

Good Stuff!!!
