hey,

been following this site for quite some time but finally managed to get signed up (thanks venom :P)

anyway i have ben doin weights on off for the last 3 years, although my main focus a=has been on cardiovascualr fitness.

this summer im startin serious weights, im currently 6'3" 185lbs and about 12-15% bf. so im goin on a moderate bulk,
until september when i will cut for the beginning of the season.
