So the sports doctor I visited suggests that I have carpal tunnel syndrome after assessing a few things including an EKG(??). He only gives me a brace and asks me to wear it most of the day (even when working out, which is ridiculously impossible).
Does any of you have it or know exercises to make it get better over time?

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can't be made better by exercise.
The best thing to do is to avoid aggrevating it. This usually means to pay special attention to avoid activities that put stress on the wrist while it is flexed. For me this means not flexing my wrist while doing curls, and not letting the wrist go back while benching. Sometimes things like eating cause pain from flexing the wrist to point a fork at your mouth. They actually have utensils with bent handles to help that. The brace is meant to keep your wrist in a neutral position - Wear it as much as you can till symptoms subside.
Always treat acute symptoms. The only current fix is surgery and it's currently a toss-up wether that will make it better, won't help, or causes permanent disability.
