Im new here, just wanted to introduce myself. Right now im 15 (turning 16 on thurs /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif ). I weigh 176 and max bench at 235. This summer im hoping to bulk up raise my bench and work my legs like a mad man! up until tomorrow, I'v been working out in my garage with a standard bench and no spotter so i cant push myself on bench among other things nearly as much as i would like to. Also my legs are weak, my squat max is 240, 5 pounds above my bench. embarassing? My goal for the end of the summer is to simply get bigger and gain a few pounds (im 6' 2" 176) im also going to try out creatine mono, right now i dont take anything except whey protein. This seems like a great community and a great place to learn some good stuff. dont have any pictures right now...i dont even have a camera.. /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

"This summer im hoping to bulk up"
Sounds like a good plan. I recommend you read these two articles, (one is a sample bulk diet, and the other is a bulking workout routine)
24 Workout Mass Diet (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/customizable_bulking_diet.php)
24 Workout Mass Blitz (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/bulking%20to%20the%20next%20levlel.php)
" im also going to try out creatine mono, right now i dont take anything except whey protein."
Make sure you read the Creatine articles and fully understand how to supplement it before you purchase it. Also, make sure you get your diet down before you worry about supplements.

Updated Creatine Sticky! Please read before asking creatine questions. (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/forum/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=1098556&an=0&page=0#1098 556)
