SERIOUS WRIST PAIN

NO JOKE!!!!! This mourning i woke up for football practice i turned on ESPN pick up the remote flipping the channels whatever all of a sudden my wrist just started hurting is my wrist so messed up that the remote screws it up???????????

sorry man, i have no clue. i get pains in my forearms and wrists too. i take time off, it goes away. i start up again, it comes back /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif

especially when i rotate my hand in a circle, my wrist gives some snaps and crunches /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
