Hi, I am looking for the best way to lose a bit of weight and tone up in 3 weeks. I am going to Hawaii in 3 weeks and want to look the best I can. I am currently 6' tall and 178 lbs. I am looking to lose a few pounds, but also tone up a bit. Let me know what the best way to do this is.
Thanks!

Try the 13 weeks to burning fat diet and workout.
If you just need to tighten up that will do the trick.

If you're lookin to get in shape for the beach then there's no substitute for a good diet. Assuming you're training and doing cardio, find what your average caloric intake is and try taking that down by 500 on your non-training days. The zig-zag approach is one that works pretty quickly but many do not try because it seems to go against logic... but that's only because they do not have a high degree of nutritional education. On days you train take it up by 500 calories. Say your average intake is 2500 cals. That means if you train M,W,F take in 3000 balanced and as little from fat calories as possible. The days you're off take in 2000 calories and try to keep carbs at a moderate level. By no means should you crash to get in shape for the beach like most people have a tendency to do. IT DOESNT WORK IN THE LONG RUN. you're metabolism will shut down and all the mistakes you make (and rightfully should) on vacation in your diet will show on the beach in no time because of this. Spark that metabolism by usint this diet!!
