Hey all,
I've been reading the articles here at ABC for a few weeks now but just signeed up for the forums. I'm a 6'1" 21yr old male with an ectomorph bodytype and only weigh a measly 140 pounds! Needless to say, I need to pack on some meat! Hopefully you guys will be able to help me out along the way.
Does anybody have any advice for training or nutrition for my bodytype? Thanks and greetings!

Hey bro! I'd recommend you to read the 24 week mass workouts and diet in the "Workouts" and "Nutrition" sections. Also, read the Window of Opportunity article, also in the nutrition section.

Welcome to ABC!
i hope you will stick around.

If i could give you only one advice for your bodytype...it is to eat A LOT, i am an pure ectomorph myself when i started training i was lighter than you . And if i could pick only one thing that made me grow i would say diet.

If you want to make some change fast i would suggest counting calories...I would aim for 3600 @ your weight also i would try to eat clean and get 150-200g of good protein everyday.

If you don't know what eating clean is just take foods in this list:
