hey all,

Whazaap. I was just surfing the net and came across this site and was really impressed of how you put God in it. I think this is really gonna help me (as well as others) as i am currently facing problems spiritually and i want to get out of it ....but its difficult. Anyway i hope i do and i also hope i will be in heaven one day.

Anyway i am a novice bodybuilder but you won't say that when u look at me, I look like a beginner. The problem is that i have a real problem putting on weight.

Looking forward to learning a lot from this site.

peace

Leslie

Welcome to the boards, i had problems with gainning weight too when i started bodybuilding, the faster you are going to change your eating habits completely(i know this is hard and it takes time) the faster you will make real gains.

Good Luck
