I'm pretty new to this site. I love the articles and started doing some of the workouts. But, I am simply overwhelmed by the amount of information. Where is a good place to start reading? I know a lot of the articles build on each other. I'll start reading an article, then it will say if you had not read this go here. So I'll go there, then the exact same thing in that article. And then I'm just jumping from article to the next, not having read the whole thing. Is there a starting point? Thanks
Where is Amazon when you need her? LOL
Look at another intro thread where amazon has posted links to some of the essential articles.

Also the sticky tabs at the top of the forums have links to the FAQ's in their respective categories.

It's hard sometimes on sites like these because of that. you just have to rely on the knowledge you already possess and take it from there. If an article is helpful and makes sense and you understand all the concepts its not necessary to find the article that ties in with that because there's nothing more to know. If you're a beginner and don't know as much about the generalities of lifting then you might run into alot of confusing/conflicting stuff. Get the basics down first if you don't already! good luck!!
