Just wanted to say hi to everyone. This forum looks like its packed with info. I intend to read and take advantage of what I can on here. Hope I'm not the oldest guy in the place but I look pretty good for my age (44). I want to try to tone up a bit and eat better. Well thats it for now. Look forward to talking.
