Running is one of my favourite forms of cardio, aminly because I dont need to get to to a gym to burn up a sweat and my gym is like 30 mins away.
But after I run I stretch well so my muscles dont get sore but I still get a really stiff groin.
Why could this be

Is this something that started happening or has it always happened?
Do you warm up, stretch, run and then stretch?
What stretching exercises are you doing?

When I try to run, I get a sharp pain in the heel of my foot. Just forward to the heel of my foot actually. This started about 1 year ago, and I haven't done any running since as it hurts too bad. The pain is still there today. Is there something I can do for this? It doesn't bother me while biking, or using arctrainers or eliptical machines. Or even treadmills for that matter. Just when running outside. Pavement, grass, dirt, doesn't seem to matter.
