The community known as ABC bodybuilding was created by devoted Christians whom are actively serving Christ and glorifying his name via the sport. There is no doubt in my mind that God has brought all of us together for a reason. I, for one, received Christ when I was about 14 years old. I'm 18 now. Over the past few years, I have strayed away from God. ABC has led me back to the Lord. The devotion that people from this site have to their faith is incredible. It has made me realize that I NEED Jesus in my life. I am back on track and ready to serve. I KNOW that I found this site for a reason. I KNOW that God sent me here. I love it!

Divine intervention. /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif
<font color="red"> 49And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all,
50Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
51And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation;
52And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

Man, I'm absolutely thrilled!
I just discovered that abcbodybuilding is not just this forum but also has a main page. The journal of hyperplasia looks great but at the same time I'm overwhelmed with all this input.It's so much stuff which I don't know yet and it also looks pretty complicated and scientific.
Calm down, there is no need to overload your heart /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif we are promoting health here, not inhibiting it /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
I would recommend Muscle Fiber articles in Anatomy section as weel as anatomical guidlines to training of different body-parts. Those articles are great for beginners, might be a little hard to understand, but it's important to understand what you are doing in gym and why you are doing it.

I think I already know the most important things about the exercises. I have read a few books about bodybuilding already, so I'm not a complete rookie. I know what the pecs,the lats,the traps,the delts,the quads etc are. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That is great, but those are basics, which means it's time for you to move to a more advanced level in your quest for improved physique. Those articles are a lot more than just "quads, lats etc" /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif
