Welcome to the forums,

I think the best place to post your split/diet is the training forum or in the journal forum if you want to start a journal

Welcome! the links amazon posted, especially the "window of opportunity" are essential reading. posting in the forums asking intelligent questions is a great way to develop your knowledge base. Dont be afraid to post your workout and nutrition plans in the forums for a detailed critique from other members.
