hey everyone. i've been lurking for a while now. i haven't really posted b/c most of my questions have already been asked and answered.
first, i want to say thanks to everyone who makes this place possible. i got an ISSA trainer cert. but i now feel like i knew nothing before i started coming around here. i found out the site from a guy sitting in front of me in a biology class at UC last year. i couldn't help but compliment him on his ginormous traps and once we got to talking he told me about ABC.
anyway im from cincinnati, ohio and im pursuing an accounting degree. i currently train clients on a part time basis in my home and i also deliver pizzas(but i rarely eat them.) it's funny, sometimes i want to ask the regular customers if they know what they're doing to themselves. there's one guy who gets out of breath gettting off the couch to meet me at the door. i feel so bad for him, but im sure id lose my job if i said anything.
i've learned and will continue learning a lot about my health and God from this site and im going to start contributing around here, to try and give back a little of what i've taken.

Welcome J-dub. Like you I'm new and lurked for a long time. Once you master the search feature (changing 1 week to year or so) most questions are answered in detail. It's a great site and I learn something new every day.
