Hi all, thought I'd introduce myself.
I registred a while ago, but I got a little sidetracked shortly after, but Im hopefully back on track now. I've only started working out properly for about a month, with terrible, terrible results..but hopefully I can get you guys to help me out and maybe, eventually, help out some others.
