hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone else had this problem. my left biceps as well as triceps are visibly smaller than my right. is this natural, does anyone else have this? is there something i can do about it without having to risk shrinking my right bi's and tri's?

You can bring your left arm up to speed by training with dumbells, and when your left arm goes to failure, end the set (ie dont keep reppin with the right arm). Daddy Cool had that same problem, and thats how he fixed it.

Concentrate on dumbbells.
They are the best tool to fix such problems.

Lots of bodybuilders find working on symetry much more harder than gaining mass.
Gunter (the german hulk) for example worked hard and for a lengthy period to reach symetry...

What about your left pec? I know the topic has to do with the 'left arm', but how do you bring the left pec up to speed? My left pec is noticeably smaller. Anyone else have this problem?

my pecs seem to be even in size actually, its just my bi's and tri's

do dumbell bench press to even out the pecs.
