I used to work out for years until my son was born 10-years ago. Now my son is ten and I have the time to start again. I have been working out for about 6-weeks and am amazed at how quickly my strength has come back. My wife and I own a busy landscape company but I am finding creative ways to slip over to the new gym in town. I must say I am amazed at the transformation that bodybuilding has gone through in these past 10-years. I thought I knew alot about it, but i had never heard of the word hypoplasia before, never have seen so many different excercise as this web site and am thrilled that you are Christian! But where do I start here? The articles are amazing but very technical, and I can't see the overall picture of what you are proposing. Could you give me some advice on how to approach updating my boybuilding vocabulary and knowledge? Like anyone, I would like to make the fastest progress possible naturally and with God's help. Thanks and god bless.

Welcome to the site!
My advice is to print off all the articles and begin studying. There is no easy way to accumulate knowldege...it just requires hard work and discipline.

We are also going to come out with a laymans JHR, which will explain all of our articles from a very easy to understand standpoint.
However, the sport is tuff, and if you work hard at the articles on the site, your knowledge will skyrocket!

I went to GNC today and was able to get hydrolyzed whey protein, L-Glutamine, creatine but they didn't have dextrose or maltodextrin. Where would the last two be available? I can't wait to start!
Maltodextrin

I got it through Supplements Direct *dextro* but my first order of malto and dextro was through:

Both from NOW products..the malto is called "Carbo Gain"
