Hey all...been lurking on the site reading as much as I can..wow talk about a massive amount of data to process..where do i start?!?!?! /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Anyhow, stats:

31 yrs old
6'6
260lbs
Not sure of my bf%, but def not "in shape", but thats why I'm here. I'm not concerned with my weight in #'s, as I just want to drop my bf%.

This is my current workout\cardio\health scheme:

- I'm on week 3 of the 13 week weight loss plan as listed on here. I've lost 5-7lbs in this time.
- I run 4-5 times a week for 30min. I bought a HR monitor and keep it in the 70-80% range for max weight loss. I plan to switch to morning runs to maximize weight loss.
- For the last few weeks I've been eating pretty well. I have taken to replacing the few snacks a day with protein shakes.
- I take the following vitamins twice daily with lunch\dinner
- GNC Megaman multi (will look at switching once i run out)
- glucosamine
- vitc
- fish oil caps

I saw you guys have a forum spot to keep track of our progress..so i'll have to post some info there as well.
