I need a routine to bulk up.. I am pretty new to this site, there are probly pleanty posted, if someone could help out that would be great!

I see a bunch out there, but what would be better ... 4set X 8 reps, 5x5, ---- 12,10,8,6 ???

I dont think I want to do tricepts and chest in once day... It's hard. I get tired after I bench...

Going to the gym makes us tired. Once you are involved in a proper workout routine you should be completely shattered by the time you are done in the gym. If you are worried about being tired I think you might be in the wrong place and the wrong sport.
